As a seasoned Chartered Accountant CA (SA), Anusha Teeruth pivoted in her career by first branching out into the Enterprise Wide Risk Management space & then, with her zealous for corporate governance, become a Certified Director via the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA). Currently studying her Masters in Corruption & Governance, Anusha believes in continually evolving. Anusha has over 23 years’ experience in global finance, business development, enterprise wide risk management, compliance & governance portfolios. Her philosophy is “to work smarter, not harder”. Her efficient & effective style of working has helped her achieve success in her various roles over the years & enabled her to add value to the organisations she has worked for. Anusha has over 13 years’ experience as a Financial Director, with 7 years at a JSE listed entity. By leveraging her deep industry knowledge & tuning into her entrepreneurial spirit, Anusha founded STARK Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd, with the aim of supporting organisations with their specific business initiatives & adding value to her client’s business.
Subject Matter Expert
As a subject matter expert on Business, Financial Management and Risk Management strategies, Anusha also utilises her experience & insight in compliance & governance, thereby providing a more holistic approach to her client’s needs.
Passionate About People
Anusha is passionate about people & has spent time in her previous roles mentoring & developing employees, a role which has continued in her consulting business. With her excitement for learning & development, she is also a part-time lecturer at the Da Vinci Business School in the Accounting & Financial Management faculty.
